Keller Rotary Foundation

Mission

The mission of the Foundation is to assist in the improvement of the community and the world by providing

support to: (a) educational scholarships for young people, (b) the elderly and other people in need of basic

human services, and (3) programs that advance goodwill, peace, and ethical leadership in order to make the

community a better place to live.

Organization

The Foundation shall be, and is, incorporated as a non-profit corporation under the laws of the State of Texas

and as such shall be non-political. The Foundation is recognized by the IRS as a tax exempt charitable 501(c) 3

corporation. Care must be exercised to keep the tax exempt status.

The Foundation is supported solely by voluntary contributions from Rotarians and friends of the Foundation

including but not limited to the funding support from the Rotary Club of Keller.

2011- 2012 Officers:

President – Bryan Wright (4 year term, ending June 30, 2016 [1st yr. as President])
Secretary – Michael Wilson (1 year term ending June 30, 2013)
Treasurer – Cindy Johnson (1 year term ending June 30, 2013)
Controller – Justin Sadler (1 year term ending June 30, 2013)
