A  Keller resident and former Planning and Zoning Commissioner, Ken is currently a Program Manager at Elbit Systems of America in Fort Worth Texas, which develops state of the art Defense related systems. Ken has over 35 years of defense development experience, working 32 years at Lockheed Martin on aircraft such as the F-16, C-130, F-22 and F-35 building such systems as Electronic Warfare, Communications and Radar systems. Ken transitioned to Elbit Systems of America in 2019 to continue developing state of the art systems for the US Military and Homeland Security. Ken has experience in Electrical engineering, Systems Engineering and Program Management and has worked with customers and suppliers from around the world. Ken holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Mgmt. from SMU and a Bachelor’s Degree inElectrical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
